First York improves connectivity to York train station

  • 67 service extended
  • Service from Sunday 29 October

First York is introducing changes on university routes to improve connectivity with York train station.

From Sunday 29 October, the 67 service will be extended to the station to provide improved access from the university.

The C1 shuttle service on the campus is also being revised to speed up journey times. The section of the route serving Halifax College will be removed and the bus stop on Main Street (Patch House) will be replaced with a new bus stop on Newton Way.

These changes are in response to feedback received since the launch of the ‘new’ network to improve services for students.

Full details on the changes can be found by visiting the First York website University of York services | First Bus
